DryBloc® 28F – High-Performance Acoustic Overlay Board with T&G Edge

DryBloc® 28F is a 28mm thick tongue-and-groove fibre cement overlay board designed for acoustic, fire, and moisture protection in flooring systems. Combining an 18mm high-density fibre cement board with a 10mm recycled acoustic fleece backing, this dual-layer system delivers excellent impact and airborne sound reduction across a wide range of separating floors.

Ideal as a dry-fit screed replacement, DryBloc® 28F removes the need for wet trades and significantly reduces floor build-up height and drying times. The decoupling fleece layer enhances impact sound performance, while the dense fibre cement surface provides exceptional dimensional stability and durability—even under point loading.

Available with a white, black, or speckled grey fleece finish, DryBloc® 28F is a robust and versatile alternative to gypsum and cement particle boards, offering superior performance for modern construction and refurbishment projects.
